PRE-ORDERING IMPORTED PLANTS INFORMATION AND RULES

Fantzy Plantz Florida has a unique, one-of-a-kind business partnership with suppliers around the world. We offer the rarest, variegated unicorn plants for up to 90% off the retail price of the same plants sold in the United States. We are allowing the general public to access prices and plants that only experienced sellers with trusted import suppliers have had access to.

IMPORT PAPERS ARE NOT required from customers. Fantzy Plantz, and Valdis Plant Shop use their existing permits and customs information with the import service, USDA, and APHIS (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service). We are in close one-on-one contact with them from the moment they leave Indonesia until they arrive at Fantzy Plantz Headquarters in SW Florida. 

Fantzy Plantz Florida has pre-set import dates. 

If you PRE-ORDER imports AND plants from our on-hand selection in Florida, they will NOT ship, or be delivered at the same time as plants purchased from Fantzy Plantz Florida. You will receive plants ordered from Fantzy Plantz Florida first, as they are already here on-hand, and acclimated. Fantzy Plantz Florida plants purchased will ship within a week of the order date, and tracking will be input for those plants. 

They can be purchased together (the whole point of this site), but the imported plants will arrive within 2 weeks after the next scheduled custom order import date.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF WHEN THE NEXT IMPORT DATE IS, SO THERE ARE NO SURPRISES. 

We will notify you when your imported plants have arrived in Florida, and send you pictures and video of their condition. 

We acclimate them for a day or two and allow them to get light and water, then ship them to you via your preferred delivery method selected at check out.

We currently offer USPS priority and USPS priority express.  

 SHIPPING:

There is a $10 IMPORT FEE PER PLANT. Prices will vary depending on what method you choose (priority, overnight, etc). This fee INCLUDES YOUR USPS LABEL to ship the plants to you once they reach Florida from Indonesia.

Plants will ship to you from FLORIDA in moss BAREROOT

Plants take up to 6 days to get to Florida from Indonesia, but the total process could take up to 3 weeks post-import order date scheduled.

He has to obtain all the necessary paperwork in Indonesia to ship each shipment which normally takes a week, but up to 2 weeks. 

Fantzy Plantz sends a notification on your order when the plants are shipped out of Indonesia and on their way to Florida.

We then acclimate them until they are good to ship again, within a week of receiving them.

 PHOTOS and VIDEO will be provided before boxing of condition before they leave Florida. 

We will input tracking once the shipping label is made, and they are ready to ship to you.

We will keep you TOTALLY informed about the status of your imports throughout the entire shipping process. This is a lot of information, but it is WORTH it to be able to import these plants with no paperwork required from you, at up to 75% off retail value. This has NEVER been done before.

Fantzy Plantz Florida does the hard part for you, which is the import process itself. All you have to do is purchase them from us here, and we do the rest. We call it:

If you receive a damaged plant, a VIDEO UNBOXING MUST BE SUBMITTED TO FILE A CLAIM  NOT AFTER OR JUST PHOTOS. A VIDEO OF YOU PHYSICALLY UNBOXING THEM MUST BE SUBMITTED.

PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THEM UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO RECORD IT IN CASE THERE IS A PROBLEM.

If there is, we guarantee them. WITH A VIDEO  UNBOXING SUBMITTED WITH CLAIM.

Sometimes things do happen with living things in shipping. We understand that, and we will fix any problems we can. 

Please check your local weather when purchasing plants.

Please be sure someone is home to accept the plants and bring them in AS SOON they are delivered!

We do not accept returns, however, if an unboxing video is filmed, and clear pictures are submitted of damaged or severely stressed plants, we will do our best to find a solution to the problem presented.

What’s Covered:

Every plant that leaves our nursery is inspected to ensure good health and packaged with extreme care giving us full confidence they will arrive healthy and continue to thrive if given the proper conditions. If a plant does arrive overly stressed, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package with a VIDEO UNBOXING of imports. There are no REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES unless a claim is submitted within 24 hours. 

Please note, that small defects such as a detached leaf, leaf tear, or minor yellow/browning do NOT  QUALIFY as overly stressed. It is normal for shipped plants to lose a leaf sometimes, or be wilted and need light and water.

If a plant is not revivable or is severely damaged, we will refund you if a VIDEO UNBOXING is submitted with a claim WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING PACKAGE 

We are not responsible if the wrong address is provided, please double-check the information you provide to us.

🪴 Plant Sizing

Being live plants, they may vary slightly in sizing. We will provide you with the healthiest, fullest, and tallest plants available to us. All imports are in a sphagnum medium. Please keep plant in a pot with damp but NOT wet moss for 1 week to acclimate before repotting in soil. Place imports in an area with bright, indirect light, good humidity and warmth. Water the plant when the moss is dry to the touch. The display photos are an accurate representation of what you will receive, variegation and leaf size will vary.
